Express your interest in leasing an opportunity site

We’re always keen to hear from people with ideas for activating Bristol Harbour. If you have a proposal that is commercially viable, deliverable and brings benefits to Bristol, we’d love to hear from you. As the harbour continues to evolve, we believe there will be further opportunities for new and exciting initiatives. To share your proposal please complete a Harbour Expression of Interest form, available to download using the link below and email to harbouractivated@bristol.gov.uk.

We are looking for proposals that can activate the harbour, widening its appeal and strengthening its economy. In reviewing Expressions of Interest, we will take into account the following:

Commerciality

The potential of this project to generate income that can be reinvested in the harbour to support its offer for generations to come.

Project Deliverability

This includes the applicant’s experience delivering similar projects elsewhere, and how likely it is that this proposal will get the required permissions.

Benefits to Bristol

This includes ways the proposal can benefit Bristol and its people, how it fits with the Place Shaping Strategy, and how it supports and responds to local needs and priorities.
